The 12-hour days section is a complement to my in-progress online alpine guide, specifically directed at trips that you can accomplish in 12 hours (or thereabouts) round trip from the car. It is not restricted to only Washington or the Cascades; rather, I've included 12-hour days from several different regions that I've climbed in. Like my online guide, I don't include trips here that I have not done (in around 12-hours!), and I don't include trips I wouldn't do again!

As with all such things, whether you really get some of these routes done in 12 hours car-to-car is up to you. You could certainly go slower, and you might go alot quicker! But I am no superman, so if I can do it, you sure can! Good luck and safe climbing!
