What is this anyway? This is my now-in-progress online alpine guide, which offers these things:
- Recommended trips of all kinds, offered to you from first-hand experience.
- Maps, pictures, and a brief written description - enough to get you out the door and on the trail.
Why? While planning these trips myself, I found the online and printed resources inadequate to give me a real idea of what I was in for, let alone a decent topo. Hopefully these online guides will fill that void for you, and you will be able to plan for these worthy objectives better than I was able to. I don't include trips here that I have not done, and I don't include trips I wouldn't do again!
