The Alps are lovely, dense, often crowded, and a wonder of the world.
Long before I saw them I internalized them from books like The White Spider.
Now that we live in Munich, I hope to learn them well. The eastern Alps are nearby,
and I suspect I'll spend a lot of time in the South Tyrol, the Stubai, and the
Northern Limestone Ranges of Kaiser, Karwendel, and Wetterstein.
As I go on more trips, more pages will be spawned. For now, this page just holds all
trips on the European Continent. It is funny, 5 years ago I wrote "If I could have
anything I wanted,
it would probably be to live in the Alps. Fortunately for them, this isn't
very easy to achieve!" I am honored to have a life dream come true.
