So, I looked more into how large a mucus plug was, and now I don’t think I lost mine. On the internet, some women have said it’s the size of a large grape. What I saw certainly wasn’t that big. Maybe it was just part of it? Dunno… At least I am not as freaked out about it. 31.5 weeks and the days are just crawling by….

Hey Kris! Congrats on making it to 32 weeks. I’m glad it sounds like you’re doing well.
As far as mucous plugs go, I bet you did see a bit of yours. Mine came and came and came. When I saw the first of it (and there was ultimately a whole lot more than a grape’s worth), I got really excited, thinking that delivery might be imminent. So I read everything I could find on the topic, but the more I read, the clearer it became that it was not a predictor of delivery (much to my disappointment). And sure enough, it was weeks before I went into labor. My OB said it just means that your uterus is contracting, which of course you already know!
Hang in there. In the infamous words of Tom Petty, the waiting is excruciating…. anyway, something like that. ;-)
