Zielspitze

Not used to steep Alps, I took the lift up to hike the Zielspitze. A great hike, listening to music all the while, I reached the summit and enjoyed a look around. There was only a bit of snow on north-facing slopes below the ridge crest where the route climbs the summit block.

I briefly thought about going down another way to get back into the Texel Mountains to say goodbye to them, but I contented myself with an ordinary descent.

Drove back to Markt Schwaben, ordered a pizza and hid in the hostile house I almost called home. Bullets have been dodged.
